Information you provide

When you request a consultation, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, project address, project details, preferences, and any photos or plans you choose to upload. If you choose to tell us how you found us, we keep that answer with your inquiry. We may also keep the website page and campaign labels from the link you used to submit the form so we can understand which channels bring project inquiries.

How we use it

We use this information to review your project, contact you, prepare for a consultation, and manage our business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Files and retention

Uploaded photos and plans are stored with your inquiry so our team can review the proposed work. We keep project inquiries only as long as reasonably needed for follow up, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.

Optional analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics may collect limited information about visits and page use. Analytics remains off unless you accept it. You can clear your browser storage to reset your choice.
